Sidewinder Pumps

Cypress Remediation and Supply offers a full line of Sidewinder Metering Pumps.  These pumps are manufactured in Lafayette, Louisiana and are designed for high-pressure chemical injection and low-pressure chemical dosing applications.  Applications include, but are not limited to Methanol injection, corrosion inhibitors, biocides, scavenger injection (H2S, Oxygen, etc.), asphaltine etc.

Chemical metering pumps offer flows to 680 quarts per day and operating pressures to 10,000 PSI.

Sidewinder pneumatic chemical metering pumps come with 316SS construction standard in the fluid end and air motor.  Titanium and Hastelloy wet end components are available.  Plunder sizes of ¼, 3/8, ½ and one inch are available in 17-4 SS, 316 SS, 440 C, Titanium, Hastelloy, and Ceramic upon request.

Two packing arrangements are available-Uniseal and O-ring construction.

  • Uniseal – Teflon-Graphite, Teflon with Buna O-ring insert, Teflon with Viton O-ring insert, Polyblend and Technoseal.
  • O-Ring-Viton, Buna, Teflon, Chemraz, Hitec.


Sidewinders timer control allows for continuous speed adjustment with the pump running.  Utilizing the timer control and stroke length adjuster, Sidewinders chemical metering pumps accurately meters to one quart per day.

Gas Recovery Chemical Metering Pump

We can also offer Sidewinders Gas Recovery Chemical Metering Pump that recovers 100% of the exhaust supply gas from the pump.  The Gas Recovery Metering Injection Pump is applicable when energy producers are looking to meet emission regulations addressing hydrocarbons emission by utilizing exhaust gas in other applications or to simply add money back into their system.

Sidewinder pump models 40/60/80 and 42/62/82 are now available with your choice of liquid synthetic silicone or synthetic silicone grease as the packing lubricant.

With the push to operate “Green”, we are pleased to offer Sidewinders Solar Powered Injection Pumps.  These pumps are being used for Methanol Injection, Corrosion Injection and other various chemical metering applications. They utilize solar panels ranging from 85 Watts to 150 Watts, depending on the energy requirements of the pump.  These panels provide power during the day and charge the batteries use for non-daylight operation.
